HamsterWeazle downloads now live on meanhamster.com

HamsterWeazle has a new home

HamsterWeazle downloads now live on the Mean Hamster website instead of public GitHub releases. The Windows build for v1.5.7 is now available directly from the HamsterWeazle product page and the downloads page.

The in-app updater has been switched over too, so future HamsterWeazle update checks will look to meanhamster.com for Windows builds instead of GitHub release assets.

The current Windows release is v1.5.7, with consistent --drive=B-style arguments, correct drive and COM-port selection for cleaning, and no unsupported drive option on device-info commands.

This release also includes Tandy / TRS-80 DMK reading and writing, queued DMK writes, and persistent diagnostic logs. Install the optional gw2dmk tools from Settings > Software Updates. The DMK read profile captures one side for the Model II workflow; writes are marked not verified and should be checked with a separate read-back. Apple Silicon and Intel Mac downloads remain on v1.5.5.
